A salt made up of the minerals potassium and iodine, iodide or iodine is a trace element that is present in some foods such as animal protein foods and sea vegetables and is added to some types of salt.
- The body cannot make Iodine so must be obtained from the foods we eat, or herbal supplements.
Directions:
As a food supplement, take 1 vegetarian tablet each day with a meal or as advised by your health care professional.
