Ginger
Get rid of Flatulence bloating. Ginger is such a wonderful herb as it has tons of health benefits. Grate ginger and leave it in the boiled water for 5 minutes and then sip it.
Cardamom
It Digests Food and Helps to Control Gas. Cardamom can be added to tea, boiled water or simply chewed. Take equal amounts of pepper, dry ginger and green cardamom seeds and after that Grind them for making powder. Have ½ to 1 tsp of this dry mixture after mixing it take with some water after every meal.
Peppermint
Fresh leaves can be added to boiled water. The fresh leaves can also be chewed for the cure. Peppermint which has menthol and it helps to reduce gas and bloating.
Fennel seeds
Chewing fennel seeds after every meal not only cure bad breath but also cure wind. Half spoon of fennel seeds can be chewed after every meal for getting the desired result.

Lemon
Stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda into 1 cup cool water. Skip the ice water and it can start digestive spasms which can cause gas. Drink that after every meal.
